First of all, we placed our faith in youth and employment. By listening, openmindedness, our team has been able to gain the confidence of a broad range of people. The atmosphere which we endeavour to sustain in the pharmacy is the result of our search for perfect harmony between the patient and our team.

The relationship established with the patient is based on confidentiality and specificity. Our initial approach to the patient is a personal one, time spent in communication and understanding remains our priority.

Information Prevention

The public health policy which we are developing is principally based on information and prevention; our health resources are too precious assets to be neglected. It is up to us, the health professionals, to develop a learning system accessible to all. We take care to regularly update the prevention, advice and information sheets (particularly for certain, still taboo diseases), for those of us who prefer to retain a degree of anonymity. We also initiate information campaigns, for example on: cholesterol, asthma, dietary requirements for sports practitioners...

The responsibilities which bind us, the increasing technical complexity of products, new therapies, all require us to constantly update our expertise. Hence our team (which mainly consists of qualified chemists) regularly undergoes top level training. In the relationships which we maintain with our commercial partners, training remains an important aspect of our brief.

Matériel médical

Our activities cover the bulk of therapeutic fields:
Allopathy (including magistral preparations), Homeopathy, Phytotherapy, Nutritherapy, Aromatherapy, Child et adult dietetics , Oral dental hygiene , Orthopedics. Furthermore, our team in charge of the skincare cosmetics department, having undergone training at the most prestigious laboratories, will only advise you to use products where tolerance and hypoallergenic testing have provided conclusive results (they all respect the quality norm definitions as laid down by the European authorities). Our animal friends have not been forgotten, as a vetinary department is at their... or at least, at their masters' disposal.

The networks which we are developing along with other health professionals are principally centred on home hospitalisation (beds, wheelchairs walking appliances, cannes anglaises, aerosol equipment, tracheal aspirators, bottled oxygen, oxygen extractors, baby scales...). In accordance with our policies, we take care to ensure they are maintained in an irreproachable condition, and also to bring to the patient a conforting atmosphere, one of relief, which he so much needs.
